1. Digital purchases
Maharat sells access to digital educational content. Because access can be granted immediately after payment, refund requests are reviewed case by case rather than guaranteed automatically.
2. When we may approve a refund
Refunds may be considered for duplicate purchases, technical delivery failures, fraudulent transactions, or other exceptional situations where the purchased access was not delivered as expected.
3. When refunds may be denied
Refund requests may be denied where course access was successfully delivered and used, where the request is abusive, or where the issue falls outside the creator’s published offer and the platform’s reasonable support obligations.
4. How to request one
Email [email protected] with your account email, course name, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue. We may request additional details before deciding.
5. Processing time
If approved, refunds are issued through the original payment provider. Final settlement timing depends on the payment provider and the customer’s bank or wallet provider.
